Our Policy

NO REFUND on services.                                                                                                                  If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let a manager know immediately and we will work with you to resolve the situation.  All No-Chip Gel Manicure  are Guarantee for 10 DAYS.  Fullsey and Dip Manicure are Guarantee for 5 DAYS: excluding breakage and crake.  If you notice chipping or lifting, please come in for a no-hassle free repair.  Mishap often happens.
NO CHILDREN ALLOWED without having service done.                                     To help make your visit and others here spectacular and tranquility time, no children are allowed in the salon unless with service done.  At Classy Nails & Spa we strived to make it’s a tranquility serene salon.   In addition, please respect other quests relaxation time.        
QUIET ZONE                                                                                                                            Getting your nails done is about relaxing, and it's very disruptive to hear other people's conversations on the phone, especially for extended periods of time.  Please refrain from cellphone use.  Excessive hand movements and nodding can also throw your technician work off.
5-MINUTES GRACE PERIOD on APPOINTMENT                                                              Please arrive early.  We love our Clients, but there is a 5 minutes grace period on your appointment, if you're late for your appointment, our Technicians will do their best to fit you in, or may shorten your treatment in respect to other Clients schedule appoint.
Appointment, Cancellation, or Changes                                                                    An APPOINTMENT doesn’t guarantee that our Technician will serve you at the reserve time slot, it’s only reserved your place next in wait line.  We understand your time is valuable, please kindly give us at least 2 hours in advance notice of any changes. This gives us ample time to schedule another client for our Technician.  A NO SHOW will be charged a $20 booking fee.
GRATUITIES are welcomed in CASH only.                                                                        It’s great to tip technician 15-25% of the total service cost for a good job done. Leaving tips shows you value the people that take care of you.
